Registration: October 5–25, 2026

Physical: Medical Eligibility Form must be uploaded through Bound by October 25. A valid physical is required to participate.

If a physical appointment is after October 25, notify Kelly Colby at kcolby@monroetwp.k12.nj.us.

ImPACT: If required, the testing link will be sent October 26 and must be completed by October 30.
