Natalie Catalano
Last names Ci–GaMrs. Catalano earned a degree in political science from Louisiana Tech University and a master’s degree in school counseling from West Chester University. She enjoys getting to know students and supporting them as they grow.
Mariah Floody
Last names Ge–LaMs. Floody earned a master’s degree in school counseling from Wilmington University. A former WMS counseling intern, she values building relationships with students and creating a supportive space for them.

Carlo Gonzalez
Last names Le–OMr. Gonzalez began his career in education in 2005, teaching middle school social studies in Philadelphia for five years. He earned a master’s degree in school counseling in 2012 and has served Williamstown students and families as an elementary and middle school counselor since 2016. He enjoys reading, music, and golf.

Lauren Bowers
Last names Sk–ZMrs. Bowers studied psychology and childhood studies at Rutgers University–Camden and earned a master’s degree in counseling in educational settings from Rider University. She joined WMS in 2024.

Jessica Kirner
Mental Health Assistance CounselorMs. Kirner earned her Master of Social Work from Widener University and brings five years of school counseling experience to WMS. She helps students navigate challenges, build confidence, and succeed in and out of the classroom.
She values strong partnerships with families and welcomes opportunities to support their children. A Monroe Township resident, she lives with her husband and three children and enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
Jenna Maino
Mental Health Assistance CounselorMs. Maino earned a master’s degree in counseling services from Rider University and a degree in rehabilitation and human services from Penn State. Her experience includes supporting students across grades K–12.
Janelle Canavos
Student Assistance Counselor and Anti-Bullying SpecialistMs. Canavos supports students with concerns including friendships, stress, confidence, and substance use. She works to help WMS students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
