Registration: October 5–25, 2026

Physical: Medical Eligibility Form must be uploaded through Bound by October 25. A valid physical is required.

If a physical appointment is after October 25, notify Kelly Colby at kcolby@monroetwp.k12.nj.us.

ImPACT: If required, complete testing by October 30.

Athletic Registration & Resources
  • Tryouts: Monday, December 4th and Tuesday, December 5th from 3:00-4:15
  • Team Names Posted: Wednesday, December 6th
  • First Practice: Thursday, December 7th 3:00-4:15
  • Practices: Mon-Fri 3:00-4:15 (schedule will be given to students once basketball schedule comes out)

PARTICIPATION:

  • The team will cheer for WMS basketball boys and girls home games on a rotating basis.
  • The team will not travel to away games
  • The team will not participate in competitions

All interested 6th, 7th, and 8th graders are to complete the necessary forms that can be found on the website under the titles - Sports Physical Forms, Concussion Management Policy, and Interscholastic Contract/Agreement .

You can refer to the ATHLETIC PAPERWORK – HELPFUL HINTS for guidance. Participants can also pick up all these forms in their respective grade-level offices.

All paperwork must be submitted prior to tryouts.

Uniforms will be provided for the girls who make the squad.
