The Monroe Township Public Schools Kindergarten Online Registration Portal COMING SOON! Pre-
Registration will be available from Monday, March 17, 2025 through Friday, May 2, 2025. Children
are eligible for Kindergarten in the 2025-2026 school year if they will be five years of age on or before October 1, 2025.
***Please note that if your child is currently enrolled in our Pre-K program, you do not
need to register for Kindergarten. Additional details will be sent to families via email.
For those attempting to register for the Pre-K program (lottery) for the first time, please
DO NOT USE Genesis at this time, as your submission will be removed.***
The following information is required in order to register your student(s) for Kindergarten:
1. Please view our Genesis Open Registration page here.
2. Prepare & upload all required documents to your device. A list of required documents can be found
here.
3. Complete the information requested in Genesis Open Registration. This may take 30 minutes to an hour to complete. Please click
here for the User Guide.
4. After Open Registration & documentation has been approved, you will receive an email from the Registration Office if your registration is complete. We will also email you if any information or documentation is missing. During the summer, it may take several business days to hear from us after you’ve completed Open Registration. We will work through the applications as quickly as we can, and appreciate your patience.
5. Please bring a copy of your student’s immunization record and physical examination form (completed by your family physician) to our Central Administration Offices.
- Board of Education/Central Administration Offices are located at 128 Saybrook Avenue
- This may be done Tuesday through Thursday between the hours of 9am through 12pm.
